Through this app viewers will be able to see artist Grace Grothauss street scape paintings hovering in the air courtesy their phone’s camera and the magic of augmented reality. As the user pans across designated street scapes, images of her layered paintings will appear. A building in a street scape synchs up to the same building in her painting. In this way, the phone becomes a looking glass through which viewers are able to compare and contrast the real world with her virtual vision of it. The real and the virtual coexist.
